All members of staff have signed confidentiality agreements to never share your medical or personal details unless we have to contact your GP with your consent.

Medical Form for you to fill out after you have spoken with a clinician (more information on how we store medical form below).
How Long Do We Store This Information For?
We store this information for as long as we require it or for a minimum of 6 years.
You can ask us to delete your personal data if you wish to no longer receive our newsletter or updates on SlimCare Medical® and to no longer be present on our secured database.
When you begin your weight loss journey with SlimCare Medical® , we require you to fill out a medical form which is documented on our secured database which is totally encrypted and you will also be asked for consent in which we can store your data and you agree to this.
How Do We Take Online Payments Over The Phone & How Your Information Is Protected?
When you begin your journey with SlimCare Medical® , we take payment upon booking as this secures your consultation due to busy days at the clinic and clinicians not having access to Stripe.
We may operate transactions, including purchases of goods and our service.
We operate with Stripe when we take your debit or credit card details to secure your booking, this is completely encrypted and is never stored on our computers or database.
You will also receive a receipt sent to your email address with a transaction ID from Stripe.
However, if we decide you are not eligible for medical reasons or you change your mind, you will receive a full refund via Stripe.
